Comfortable family suite with a lovely pool area. staff was incredibly helpful, even assisting us in a wallet recovery. Great location for walking to the old town. everything is just a stroll away.
Would have appreciated longer hours for the rooftop bar. and the Wi-Fi could be more reliable.

This place is a gem! The pool was perfect for the kids, and being just a quick 2-minute stroll from a lively cultural area made our family outings so much fun. We even found a fantastic spot for breakfast nearby that became our favorite hangout. My buddy and I enjoyed some local brews while the kids swam and played!
In my wife’s opinion, the curtains let in too much light too early in the morning, impacting our sleep.

The duplex room featured a charming layout with a king bed and two twin beds, making it ideal for family comfort. Breakfast included a delightful blend of Asian and European dishes, showcasing local flavors. The pool area provided a relaxing atmosphere, surrounded by vibrant flowers, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Unfortunately, the hot water supply was unreliable, and the Wi-Fi connection was weak, which affected our overall experience.

beautiful property but hot water issues
The property is stunning, featuring a picturesque bridge that's very much in line with the local aesthetics. The manager, Van Minh, was incredibly welcoming, always ready to assist with any inquiries. Our room had an excellent city view that really added charm to our stay.
The hot water in the shower was inconsistent, causing some discomfort during our stay.

Perfect for Families
The staff was incredibly friendly, even when I had a loud bar right outside my window—they moved me to a quieter room without any hassle! I mean, not cheap, but I got my train ticket printed and a refund for a night I didn't stay.
Wasn't exactly a bargain but it was acceptable.

What a lovely spot! The hotel has spacious rooms with stunning views and the scenery is just divine. Plus, the staff are super friendly and accommodating, making everything feel a bit luxurious.
However, the hot water was like an indecisive politician—barely working! And there's a strong possibility I might turn into a mermaid from all the time spent at the pool!

This place was a well-suited match for a short stayover in Hoi An at a reasonable price. One highlight was the decent breakfast spread, which helped kickstart my mornings. To avoid noise, try to request a room that’s not facing the street.
